01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you and 3888 Win ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 3888 Win website, betting services, casino products, slots and all related features accessible at 3888win.vip.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any part of the platform in any capacity, you are confirming that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete registration.

02 Eligibility & Registration

• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently closed from the platform.

3888 Win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete. One account per person is strictly enforced. If you are found to have registered more than one account — under your own name, a family member's name or any other identity — all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances or bonuses within them forfeited.

03 Your Account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Any activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility. Account balances are held in PKR and represent the net of deposits, withdrawals, bet settlements and bonus adjustments. Your displayed balance is your available balance for betting and casino play. Pending withdrawals are deducted from available balance at the time the withdrawal request is submitted.

3888 Win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an account at its discretion where there is reasonable evidence of rule breaches, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, use of prohibited software or provision of false information.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 3888 Win platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied — your balance always reflects PKR amounts directly.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals, typically processed instantly for deposits
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfers, instant deposit processing in most cases
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank PKR transfers via the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer to and from Pakistani bank accounts
• Mobile Wallets & Cards — other supported PKR mobile wallets and debit/credit cards where available

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed within your account's deposit section. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your name may be returned or withheld pending verification.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Where verification has not been completed, withdrawals may be held until the process is finished. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. 3888 Win does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits made for the purpose of immediately withdrawing without genuine play activity may be flagged as suspicious and may be subject to investigation before processing.

05 Betting Rules

Bets placed on the 3888 Win platform are accepted on the terms and odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports markets:

• Pre-match bets are accepted until the start of the relevant event. Bets placed after an event begins will be void unless accepted explicitly as in-play bets.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance. Acceptance is not guaranteed — markets may be suspended at any time during live events.
• If an event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond 24 hours from the scheduled start time, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned.
• In cricket markets, rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) recalculations and early finishes may affect settlement — specific market rules apply in each case and are available within the relevant market.
• PSL and T20 match markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. No unofficial results are used.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the accumulator to be settled as a winner. A single void selection within an accumulator typically results in that leg being removed and the accumulator settling on the remaining legs at revised odds.
• 3888 Win reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where there is reasonable evidence of manipulation of the event being bet upon.

Settled bets are final. Disputes relating to bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the settlement date. 3888 Win's decision on settlement disputes is final following investigation.

06 Casino & Slots

The 3888 Win casino section includes Live Casino tables — Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and game show titles — and a Slots library comprising titles from established game providers. All casino and slot games are subject to the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface.

Casino games and slots operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. Live Casino games are operated with real dealers via live video stream. The outcome of all casino games is determined by the game system at the moment of play — no adjustment is made by 3888 Win to game outcomes.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface.
• Casino bets placed using bonus balance are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable bonus.
• Disconnection during a live casino round does not void the bet. If connection is lost after a bet is placed, the round will be settled based on the outcome that occurred.
• Use of any software, system or method intended to gain an unfair advantage in casino games — including exploit abuse, automated play scripts or collusion in live games — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

All casino and slot game winnings are credited to your PKR account balance and are available for withdrawal subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

3888 Win offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — minimum deposit, eligible games, wagering requirements, time limits and maximum withdrawal from bonus — which are stated in the promotion details. These general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses constitutes abuse and will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated for the promotion. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings expire when the time limit is reached.
• 3888 Win reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time where abuse is suspected or where terms have not been met.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance. Your main balance is used for betting and casino play before bonus balance unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3888 Win platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances and winnings:

• Registering more than one account or registering using another person's identity or details
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any point, including during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play casino games
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or technical glitches for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games or coordinating bets across multiple accounts
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the deposit and withdrawal system
• Attempting to manipulate sporting events on which bets are placed on the platform
• Abusing the bonus system by registering multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographical or account restrictions, or any other method intended to gain an unfair advantage
• Sharing account credentials with other persons or allowing third parties to use your account
